As a part of a big reshuffle in the Punjab government’s administrative setup, Neelima, 2008-batch IAS officer, who was earlier Deputy Commissioner, Pathankot has been made Special Secretary, Personnel and Managing Director of Marketing Federation (MARKFED).
The reshuffle has been done across the State of Punjab. It also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard of key departments of the state.
