Jaskiran Singh, Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana has been made Director Rural Development and Panchayats.
The 2005-batch IAS officer replaces Sibin C, IAS.
The reshuffle, carried out across the State of Punjab, also includes 100 PCS officers. Several deputy commissioners of districts have been reshuffled along with the change of guard of key departments of the State.
