Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Range Gowda is the new managing director of Karnataka State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd (KEONICS), a State Navratna company under the Government of Karnataka.
Gowda succeeds IFS Rajkumar Srivastava, the outgoing officer, who has rejoined the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, Government of Karnataka.

Prior to this, Range Gowda, belonging to the 1992 Batch of IFS, was Deputy Conservator of Forest, Forest Mobile Squad.
