Haryana-Government-LogoChandigarh, September 7 –Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) for setting up of a Diagnostic Lab in Sector-39, Gurgaon. The IIFCL will construct the building for the laboratory under Corporate Social Responsibility Fund.
While giving this information today, Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon Mr T.L. Satyaprakash said that the Diagnostic Lab would have the facility to conduct tests at affordable rates and the residents of Gurgaon would not have to make rounds of expensive labs to get different tests done. He said that the HLL Lifecare would operate this Diagnostic lab.
He said that earlier, building of sector-39 was occupied by engineering wing of Corporation but the same has been vacated so that Diagnostic lab could be made operational at the earliest.
Mr Satyaparkash said that a pharmacy is also being started at local Mahavir Chowk so that medicine could also be provided at reasonable rates. Apart from the medicines, surgical items would also be available at the pharmacy.
