V Usharani, a 1995 batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh (AP) cadre, has been given the additional charge of Director General, National Institute of Plant Health Management (NIPHM).
Currently, she is Director General (DG), National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (NIAEM).
She will be holding the additional charge till May 24, 2016.
