HCL signs MoU with Skill Development Corporation

skillHCL TalentCare, the global talent-solutions venture of HCL Corporation, has signed an agreement with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to be accredited under the ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship (MSDE).


HCL TalentCare has set a target to skill 150 million people by 2022.

“Our association with HCL TalentCare looks forward to bridge the skill gap in the country today,” NSDC Managing Director Dilip Chenoy said.

The integrated end-to-end talent solutions company aims to be a global talent-solutions company addressing a wide spectrum of entry-level employability needs in India and thereby creating a ready talent pool of professionals for enterprises in IT, BFSI and Healthcare sectors.
