Santosh Kumar Sarangi, a 1994 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, has been appointed as the new Chairman of Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Promotion Development Authority (APEDA) under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
Since December 6, 2014, Sarangi has been serving as Joint Secretary, Commerce. He has been handling Administration, Foreign Trade (NAFTA/AM), Export Inspection, Export Promotion (Agri), Bio-Technology and EP(MP).
