In a minor reshuffle, the Andhra Pradesh Government has transferred a few IAS officers. The names of the persons transferred are as following:
- Municipal Administration and Urban Development Principal Secretary A. Girdhar has been posted as the Secretary of Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission.
- R. Karikal Valaven, Principal Secretary, Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture, has been given additional charge of the Commissioner, Civil Supplies and Ex-Officio Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs Food & Civil Supplies Department. He will also hold the post of the Controller of Legal Metrology Department.
- Girisha P.S. has been posted as Sub-Collector, Gudur, in Nellore District.
- Ch. Venkata Gopinath (IRS) has been posted as the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC).
