Shailesh Singh moved from Coal as JS to SAIL as CVO

Shailesh Kumar Singh has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). He was earlier serving as Joint Secretary, Coal, for over three years and two months.
RP Gupta will be succeeding Shailesh Kumar Singh in Ministry of Coal, while Shailesh will replace Naveen Prakash (IAS:WB:1987) in SAIL as its new CVO.
Shailesh is completing his five years’ tenure under central deputation on April 15, 2015. However, ACC has recently mandated him to continue on central deputation till April 17, 2015 as CVO, SAIL.
