Sandeep Kumar, Mohan Lal and Manoj Kumar Dwivedi have been empanelled as Joint Secretaries in the Government of India. Sandeep is a 1987 batch IRS-C&CE officer, while Mohan is a 1983 batch officer of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE). Apart from that, Manoj Dwivedi is a 1997 batch IAS officer of Jammu & Kashmir cadre.
