Rajiv Mehrishi, Finance Secretary and Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has been appointed as India’s Alternate Governor on the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank, Manila, Philippines. Mehrishi, a 1978 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre, replaces former Finance Secretary Arvind Mayaram.
