Anand Kumar, 1984 batch Kerala cadre IAS, has been appointed as Managing Director, National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, a newly created post, under Ministry of Road Transport. Kumar is presently serving as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Tourism.
