Vijay Shankar Madan, the newly appointed DG & Mission Director of UIDAI, will assume offices from April 1. He is a 1981 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre. Until his new appointment, he served as the Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, GoI.
