Jharkhand to Move Towards e-Democracy

On the eve of 12th Foundation Day of Jharkhand Assembly, the Chief Minister, Shri Arjun Munda stated that the state was moving towards e-democracy, which would enable taking the perception of people while making important decisions. Highlighting the role of  dissemination of information as the top most strength of a democratic system, he mentioned that the state assembly has introduced on-line monitoring system enabling information to the people. Now the state will move towards e-democracy in the near future said the official release. He said e-democracy would help put the approval of the people on the key matters debated in the Assembly and the decisions made would have populist support.
