The Dubai Police achieved estimated value of auctions of more then $26m within just three months from November 2008 till February 2009 and continue online purchases in March and April 2009 with additional 33 new tenders conducted via Tejari online marketplace.
The Dubai Police has launched more than 1,800 online auctions, which average approximately 230 auctions per year and reaching 500 auctions in 2009 already. The Dubai Police has reduced purchasing costs by 15-20% and kept all the purchasing processes hassle free, easy to monitor, track and review.
