Now, customers of Dhaka Electric Supply Authority (DESA) can avail of the 'CitiConnect' online services of Citibank in collecting and paying their bills. Citibank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for online payment of electricity bills.
Under this MoU, the DESA customers will be able to receive their bills at CitiConnect website and make online payments via Citi''s innovative payment gateway. CitiConnect will allow customers not only to better manage their time and efficiency, but also enable them to streamline their bill collection, reporting and accounting processes.
