South Korea supports for Nepal e-Go0vernance project

Nepal has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with South Korea to pave the way for the construction of a Government Integrated Data and Training Center.

Nepal has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with South Korea to pave the way for the construction of a Government Integrated Data and Training Center.

Under this MoU, the S.Korean government through the Korean International Development Agency (KOICA) will provide 3.5 million U.S. dollars for the construction of the center. Through this project, the KOICA aims to help build infrastructure for e-governance in Nepal. The KOICA will also provide equipment and materials necessary for the operation of the data center, among others.
