The Environment Agency-Abu Dhabi (EAD) has successfully introduced e-Services in Dubai. EAD is bringing total 25 online services to its citizens, and allow visitors to take benefit from an efficient single point of online access to environmental services.
The online portal is delivering convenient and speedy services and information. EAD is also offering services like environmental laws and regulations; technical documents; announcements; events through online. It will also offer some new services including, fishing and marine licenses, falcon passports and CITES permits. The new set of eServices will also be available through the Abu Dhabi Government Portal www.abudhabi.ae. EAD has also established a Customer Service Office to support citizens about e-Services.
