The capital of India, New Delhi is moving towards in the direction of e-Governance by launching Integrated Management System for a complete online computerisation of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).

While launching the Integrated Management System, Jaipal Reddy, Urban Development Minister said the computerisation enables government and governance as a transparent system. The Integrated Management System will streamline the information in the Authority. DDA is aiming to provide efficient services to the citizens of Delhi. Under this system all the operations and functions of the DDA will be computerized and automated. The Integrated Management System will improve the citizen interface and improve public image, increase transparency in DDA operations, increase efficiency in processing of papers and will help access information by citizens.
