It is expected that the scheme would be implemented to all 10 block of the Kanpur, India, so that people from villages would also get advantage. But due to technical support and manpower, the plan could not be implemented. Firstly, the Lokvani center has to be implemented at the collectorate office, but due to lack of technical manpower, the center is yet not started. Under this plan, all the 18 government and semi-government departments would be connected through one centre. After this, with the help of cyber cafes, it would be extended to 10 blocks of the city.
