President of India, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam says that e-Learning will allow to access knowledge among institutions, specialists and needy students of the India.
While inaugurating the launch of science and technology museum at the S.R.V College, Bangalore, India, President Kalam told that the Internet revolution is a powerful tool for good educational initiatives in rural India. He told that e-Learning will allow seamless flow of knowledge among students. He told that the Ministry of Human Resources Development’s Sakshat is the one stop educational portal for students. He was advising students community to explore the exciting avenues from e-Learning.
