Commerce Department plans to implement national e-Governance plan in India

Indian Government has asked the department of commerce to implement an ambitious national e-Governance plan.

Indian Government has asked the department of commerce to implement an ambitious national e-Governance plan.

The state minister of Commerce, Jairam Ramesh told that the commerce department will involve the directorate general of supplies and disposals for developing the e-Governance modules during the seminar organised by the DGS&D. The DGS&D, the Central procurement agency of the government, had already introduced the system of e-Procurement, including electronic tendering programme.
