State IT secretary P.G. Tenzing, who is part of the team, told that he was optimistic that discussion with DIC would go in the right direction towards ironing out differences over the IT project in Kochi. The other members of the team are Sheila Thomas, Suresh Kumar – secretary and additional secretary to Achuthanandan respectively – and IT expert Joseph C. Mathew.
