In India, Bangalore-based ITS Institute has launched a free e-Recruitment system.
ITS Institute is specialising in training call centre professionals. The job seekers need to do is attend an online test by logging to www.itsinstitute.com. The recruitment process consists of three rounds – first is an online written test, next, a telephone interview conducted by a voice and accent expert. Candidates scoring 50 per cent or above marks in the test will be interviewed by the human resources department of the call centres over phone.
