In government of Malta, it will act as a ‘catalyst’. The private sector in Malta will have every opportunity to play a pivotal role in the implementation of the policy document by being offered the necessary space to carry out its initiatives, particularly in the sector of e-Business development. It aims to set a direction for government departments, agencies and public entities by establishing eight major ICT strategic principles that recognise the capabilities of the citizens.
