According to a survey of 37 e-Governance projects by IT consultancy firm the power of Information Technology has proved to be much more relevant in rural regions than urban regions.
The survey has accorded an overall ranking of 8.67 to rural e-Governance projects against 8.03 to urban projects. As the village epitomises the soul of India
