Malaysia is all set to use biometric system on foreigners entering the country from next month, the Immigration Department has informed.
After introducing a biometric card in the country, the UAE Government is bringing e-Voting and e-Elections to move one step towards e-Governance.
Soon, every citizen in Brunei will be able to get e-Passport or biometric passport. The Department of National Registration and Immigration has officially launched e-Passport project in 2008.
Brunei’s Immigration and National Registration Department will become the third Asian country to implement biometric features in travel documents.
