e-Procurement Launched by Hungarian Government

Pan European Public Procurement Online (PEPPOL) a pilot project for cross border e-Procurement has been launched by the European Commission. The project aims to create the conditions for linking the existing national e-Procurement systems.
In Ireland, the Government’s e-Tender website has achieved a great success. The Government’s e-Tender was launched in 2001 to support EU procurement strategies.
