Clearly, the State of Bihar is in the throes of adopting e-Governance soon. With the new Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the State has again become hopeful to see things moving at a fast pace. This year more than 100 participants attended Development Gateway Forum from 39 countries on June 27 to 28 at the Petersberg center outside of Bonn, Germany.
