Infosys will now take ownership of the Greenfield Excite programme and simplify-remodel the company’s portfolio of products in such a way that it is well prepared for the professional services market.
“Through business transformation programme, the company will be enhance its core capabilities and expertise across its service offerings to help Proxmius simplify and digitise its processes, while streamlining its product offerings and driving efficiencies,” said Infosys President and Head of Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications and Services, Rajesh Krishnamurthy.
Proximus will replace its old IT systems, will streamline processes and deploy advanced tools for quoting and services.
“We have started our journey on the Excite business transformation programme that will further enhance and deliver new digital experiences for our enterprise clients,” Proximus Chief Enterprise Market Officer Bart Van Den Meersche said in a statement here.
“In the course of the next years, we want to manage all professional products through easy-to-use digital interfaces,” he added.
Infosys will also Proximus digitise business transactions.
To achieve this, the programme will integrate 40 old IT systems into six new robust platforms so that desired results can be achieved.
