Regarding implementation of IT in Mahavitaran, utility has to play a major role. On the utility side, we are majorly implementing consumer-centric applications. These might be online payments, which are quite important. Similarly, for smart cities, we are definitely going on smart metering side. Regarding consumer facilities, definitely Mahavitaran is having around 100 seater CFC i.e. Consumer Facilitation Centre, which is catering nearly 2.8 consumers in the State. We are trying hard to cater the consumers providing proper services to these consumers. Being a PSU and utility company, we are definitely participating in smart cities and going for smart technologies. Moreover, the organisation itself is going for the internal reforms. Recently, we have implemented SAP Enterprise Resource Planning in our organisation, which is in the establishing stage. So, this way we are heading towards change.
