Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, has been recognised as a ‘leader’ in independent testing services by Everest Group in its report.
Everest Group evaluated 23 service providers in the independent testing services sector and mapped them on their Performance, Experience, Ability, and Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix, a composite index of several distinct metrics related to a provider’s capabilities and industry track record.
The capabilities of these leading service providers were also profiled through a comprehensive assessment of their service scope, scale of operations, domain expertise and innovation, delivery footprints, buyer satisfaction, and market success.
TCS received the highest rating in independent testing services delivery capability, as a result of its mature and industry-leading practice created through investments to build end-to-end capabilities, mix of product license and services play, and IP investments.
TCS was also recognised for its domain expertise and innovation, outstanding customer satisfaction and extensive global delivery capabilities.
