The challenge of developing skills among 150 million people across the country is our mandate. The only way to do it is to make extensive use of technology – Digital and Information Technology. We are looking at IT enablement in terms of assessment. A lot of trainings are happening through simulators and we also have a specific vertical within the NSDC, which caters to innovations. There are more than 10 projects that we have when it comes to innovations and most of it are using IT. We are working with an organisation called AVR Edge that is at the moment working on a digital employment exchange based on artificial intelligence.
