Electricity bill payment goes cash-free in Meerut

 paymentItzCash Card Ltd (ICCL), India’s only multi-service payment solutions company and part of Essel Group,  announced its tie-up with Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd (PVVNL), a subsidiary of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). By using ItzCash Card, PVVNL customers in Meerut would be able to pay their electricity bills as per convenience across 52 outlets.

Naveen Surya, Managing Director, ItzCash Card Ltd. said, “Our tie-up with PVVNL for simplifying payments for electricity bills is a small step, which would go a long way in improving and enhancing the customer experience. We look forward to offer multiple solutions in the coming months, which would add credible value to our clients as well as their end consumers.”

On the occasion of this tie-up, P K Gupta, MD, PVVNL said, “At PVVNL, we have always believed in offering our customers the best services. Opting for a cashless option will enable our customers to simplify and customize their bill payment experience. We have started this facility this month and currently offer the option across 52 outlets across the city.”

Prior to PVVNL, ICCL has also tied up with BSES Delhi, Reliance Energy and Tata Power and Manipur State Power Development Limited for offering easier payment solutions.
