Shyamal Misra, a 1996 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre has been transferred and given an additional charge with immediate effect.
Misra is currently Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department and Administrator, Trade Fair Authority, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi. He has now been given additional charge of Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, Gurgaon and Special Commissioner, Health and Nutrition, Mewat Area, Gurgaon and Chairman, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh.
