Tiwari is the only person from the State in the Aayog which has replaced Planning Commission and is likely to redefine Centre-State relations.
The appointment was made along with several other administrative changes made at the Central level. Tiwari after being given the position, said, “It’s a very prestigious appointment and will provide a good exposure to me. It will be a good learning experience”.
