Amazon India has launched an express delivery service called ‘Kirana Now’. The platform has been rolled out in Bangalore first and later would be introduced all across the India.

According to reports, Amit Agarwal, Country Manager, Amazon India said that, “We our aim is to provide maximum convenience to customers in shopping for their basic daily and get those things delivered at their home.”

Kirana Now has been launched to bring the local market online. Local Baniyas just need to upload the images of their catalogs online.  People can order the things to Amazon and delivery would be done within two to three hours.

Amazon India, local baniya and the third party logistics would be connected together for the same.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos recently visited to India and expressed his complete support to small business in India. This step of Amazon India would boost the small business and help them to make online presence.
