While unveiling the Draft National Policy on Information Technology, 2011; expansion of the National e-Governance Plan has been recognized as a key thrust area.
The policy draft of Information Communications Technology (ICT) and Electronics sector was released by Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Kapil Sibal, here in New Delhi, on 7th of October.
