The National Computer Centre of Philippines has launched the P45-Million Philippine Government e-Services Portal called “eSerbisyo.gov.ph” or “eSerbisyo.” The department has contracted Total Information Management Corporation (TIM) to built the portal which will serve as a one-stop, all-in-one Internet gateway for accessing comprehensive information and online front line services of multiple government agencies.

eSerbisyo has an interface to the e-Payment Gateway, known as 'eBayad' allowing electronic payments to government agencies through credit cards, debit instructions, and mobile wallets. The portal is featured with various interactive pages for accessing public information, downloadable forms from government agencies, job openings, stock market updates, foreign currency exchange rates, even weather forecasts. It also includes informative pages on Philippine history, geography, culture, and tourism.
