3 new e-services launched to enhance customer service efficiency in U.A.E

The Department of Economic Development (DED) of U.A.E launched three new e-services as a part of GITEX Technology week. Created in collaboration with Dubai e-government, the new services allows the customers to track the status of transactions, pay for transactions, request certificate delivery and attend to fines through the DED websites.


Through the new e-services customers can pay for their transaction for business license application through new 'Transaction Status/Payment' feature and get their license certificates delivered to their home or office by courier services. The 'Pay Fines' services allows customers to view their fines issued against their companies and also pay them online. Mr. Abdula Saif Al Kaabi, Director of the IT Division said their commitment to extent its online services will help them in expanding the culture of information technology.
