The Pavia city of Italy has launched a new portal for its citizens, ePavia, which will provide information and allow for the online payment of various city taxes and duties.

The Communal authorities of Pavia have launched the new portal, which offers simple online payment of taxes and other duties. ePavia allows the user access to their own 'Client File', which provides personalised and secure access to a range of e-Government services. In order to set up a 'Client File', the user must register on the ePavia site. Part of the 'Pavia Digitale' plan, ePavia offers a single portal through which the user can access a whole new range of online services, including access to personal and fiscal data, calculation of local property tax, online payments and communication of payment deadlines.
