New Communications and IT Minister of India, A.Raja has promised to focus on rural telephony across the country.
He said that his policies would be focused on rural telephony and attracts more foreign direct investment (FDI) into the telecom and IT sectors. Currently, India has more than 200 million telecom subscribers both in fixed line and mobile phone.
