Dubai eGovernment will provide e-Diploma, a customised online learning course to 22 employees from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). The government has rolled out 'ADAAT eDiploma' especially for DTCM staff.

ADAAT is designed to enhance the communication, customer service and business skills of DTCM staff. In the second phase of the project, employees will participate in the eDiploma, in which they have to finish 20 ADAAT courses in six months. The ADAAT eDiploma is one of the Dubai eGovernment's initiatives to promote e-Literacy and ensure that organisations can keep pace with the rapidly changing corporate requirements. The eDiploma will be completed mostly through online training on the portal www.elearn.ae; one of the innovative eServices that Dubai eGovernment provides for students, citizens, investors and the business and resident communities.
