Dubai Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) has enabled 93 percent of its e-Services, while 50 per cent of services transactions would be completed by the end of year 2007.


According to HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE, DCA's commitment to the e-Government initiative is almost completed. The Dubai International Airport portal provides around 15 types of services. Each service has sub services, so the total number of completed e-Services is 81. These e-Services include, the Airlines Operations Data System, New DCA Careers Website and DCA Voice Portal. Out of a total 29 services are fully online, while 27 services are partially online with electronic payment. Out of total 81 e-Services, 75 are online registered while six are offline registered. 'With a total of 24 e-Services, the Airport Pass Management System has the highest electronic services, which is followed by Weather which has 23, Parking with 15 and six for Airport Driving Permit.
