Today, the Central Government of India has presented the annual budget of this year. The budget is mainly focused on education, health care and family welfare programmes.

 

The Union Government has increased the allocation on education by 34.2 percent in the coming fiscal year, while the Government has raised its spending on health and family welfare programmes by 21.9 percent. Indian economy has become the Asia's fourth largest economy and it is estimated that it will grow 9.2 per cent by the end of this fiscal year.
