Contec Global, Delhi based Company has signed a deal with the Burundi government to set up an e-Governance platform for Africans.

Contec Global, New Delhi (India) based company has signed $200-million deal with Burundi government to set up an e-Governance platform, which will cover e-Passports, e-Visas, resident permits, driving licenses, vehicle registrations, national IDs and all related secure documents. The company is also planning to tie up with Congo Democratic Republic and Congo to handle their passport services. Contec Global is already a major player in Nigeria, Niger, Burkina Faso, Sudan, Uganda and the Republic of Benin, Rwanda and Gambia.
