A 6C model has been developed for the implementation of the project including, Content, Competencies, Connectivity, Cyber laws, Citizen Interface and Capital. The aim of the project to set application if IT for good governance and will graduate into better interaction, transaction and integration among officers and customers. The project is based on Bangalore-One pattern and it will have a central information centre.
