South Korea is prepared to provide the UAE with its experiences and knowhow in the fields of e-Government, broadband infrastructure including WiBro (wireless broadband) and DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) technologies.

Prime Minister Han Myeong-sook was speaking on the eve of an official visit to the UAE, during which she had talks with His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. This will substantially help the UAE in its pursuit of the construction and management of U-city a 'ubiquitous city' which will exemplify a digital way of life and may be built in the Palm Island, where all major information systems [residential, medical, business, governmental, etc] share data, and computers will be built into houses, streets and office buildings.
