In an inaugural seminar on ‘MCA-21, e-filing and digital signature’ organised in Karnataka, India, Karnataka Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ananthakrishna said that the concept of e-Governance should reduce delay.

Recollecting incidents on how even technology was unreliable he said at some point one must depend upon one’s own ability to comply with the regulations. Resource persons like V C Davey conducted a session in MCA-21, Assistant Registrar of Companies Sanjeeva spoke on procedure of filing norms, documents and it’s pre-certification in e-Form. Sharath Jeppu of Sify Communications limited spoke on digital signature
